Physical Inventory

Quickly download scanned information from 2B-Inventory to your RMS computer to calculate differences in recorded and actual inventory. Compare against quantities in your item database to reveal shrinkage or other inventory discrepancies. 2B-Inventory matches scanned UPC codes or SKUs with RMS Item lookup codes and aliases.
Receiving
Increase efficiency of receiving merchandise. Scan items (or manually enter item code for items with no barcode) and enter quantities received (including serialized inventory). Receive against purchase orders; even update item description, price, and more. Download data to RMS to adjust quantities of existing items and create new items with SKU, quantity and description.
Item Lookup
Quick and easy access to item information. Lookup item information by scanning item or entering item code and view details such as SKU, description, quantity, department, category, and price. Sort items by SKU, description or quantity.
